- For orders placed on Bank Holidays or during Christmas, please expect a delay as these will be processed on the next working day after the holiday period.
2. Additional Charges:
- With the new import duty laws, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Custom charges are not included in the shipping costs.
- For customers in the EU and some international destinations, these charges will be applied separately.
- You will receive a separate invoice for the VAT and Custom charges prior to the delivery of your item.
